Scheduling
Scheduling is handled via Calendly. Please arrive on time for your booked slot; rescheduling policies may apply.
User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, follow guidance safely, and respect session boundaries.
Liability
We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow guidance, or pre-existing conditions. Please consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.
