Information we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, surname, email, WhatsApp number
  • Training profile: age, experience, weekly frequency, goals, weak points
  • Gym context: machines/equipment available, gym name and location
  • Scheduling: preferred times and Calendly bookings
  • Payment metadata: Stripe session ID, status, amount, currency, intent ID, transaction ID

How we use your information

  • Deliver personalized training and posing sessions
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Process payments securely via Stripe
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited information with trusted processors to deliver core functionality:

  • Stripe for payments
  • Calendly for scheduling
  • Formspree for form submissions

Data retention

We keep records only as long as needed for service delivery and legal compliance. Questionnaire drafts saved in your browser's local storage are cleared after successful submission. Payment data (card details) is never stored by us and is handled by Stripe.
